• Email. If you email us, we keep the message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
• Contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we process the name, email, and message you send so we can respond. Delivery may go through our hosting or email provider (for example Resend) or an automation webhook you have configured; those processors act on our instructions.

Amazon and third parties

Purchases of Kindle or print books are completed on Amazon. Amazon processes payment and fulfilment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details from Amazon through this site.
